  • This is the work order against the project for Permanent Enrollment Center (PEC) which includes 26 projects or more projects which includes Aadhar enrollment, Voter id & printing, NPR, Passport, Star Scheme, MOT, Bhamashah, Job Card, On Line bill payment, PAN Card, IRDA, Banking KIOSK, Mobile Recharge, Bus Booking, Railway Ticket Booking, Jeevan PARMAAN, Aadhar Seeding, RSBY, E-KYC etc&nbsp; at a district wise & Block wise allotted <br /><br />Color Voter Identity Card payout: Rs.8/- inclusive all taxes as per govt. rules<br />Documents and fees required from customer During Registration:<br /><br />&nbsp;Original with Xerox copy of Pan Card<br /><br />&nbsp;Passport or Any other Valid ID while<br /><br />&nbsp;Passport Size Color Photo<br /><br />&nbsp;Rs.30/- per customer<br /><br />Mandatory for Govt. of India old B/W Voter id and not applicable now<br /><br />[Color] Voter ID card Govt. project<br /><br />Signup amount at the time of Work Order = Rs. 1,80,000 /- (per district)<br /><br />Company have project for Voter id Card (Color) Govt. project<br />Per Data printing payout- Rs.8/- inclusive all taxes<br /><br />If any center take 1 district then that center has to start work in all blocks of that <br /><br />district within 15 days of work started of first block and if the center can t able <br /><br />to start up the work in rest of the blocks within 15 days then one more vendor <br /><br />will be appoint for rest of the blocks without any prior notice to center.<br /><br />Per Kit rent Rs.85,000/- per year for voter id printer<br />Center must have<br /><br />2 Kit for Aadhar enrollment process<br /><br />1 Printer in Govt.
