This is the work order against the project for Permanent Enrollment Center (PEC) which includes 26 projects or more projects which includes Aadhar enrollment, Voter id & printing, NPR, Passport, Star Scheme, MOT, Bhamashah, Job Card, On Line bill payment, PAN Card, IRDA, Banking KIOSK, Mobile Recharge, Bus Booking, Railway Ticket Booking, Jeevan PARMAAN, Aadhar Seeding, RSBY, E-KYC etc  at a district wise & Block wise allotted Color Voter Identity Card payout: Rs.8/- inclusive all taxes as per govt. rules Documents and fees required from customer During Registration:  Original with Xerox copy of Pan Card  Passport or Any other Valid ID while  Passport Size Color Photo  Rs.30/- per customer Mandatory for Govt. of India old B/W Voter id and not applicable now [Color] Voter ID card Govt. project Signup amount at the time of Work Order = Rs. 1,80,000 /- (per district) Company have project for Voter id Card (Color) Govt. project Per Data printing payout- Rs.8/- inclusive all taxes If any center take 1 district then that center has to start work in all blocks of that district within 15 days of work started of first block and if the center can t able to start up the work in rest of the blocks within 15 days then one more vendor will be appoint for rest of the blocks without any prior notice to center. Per Kit rent Rs.85,000/- per year for voter id printer Center must have 2 Kit for Aadhar enrollment process 1 Printer in Govt. Premises & 1 Printer in Private Premises per Block Pay out for Aadhar will be Rs.17/- per Aadhar generation Per Aadhar Kit refundable Security Rs.50,000/- Color Card Printer Provide free from company PVC blank Cards & printer Ribbon free to center 2 Printers (First year 1 Kit rent will be paid by us) with this project After work completion this kit to be return back to Co. Center: District Wise 45 days payment from the date of bill raised for EPIC 60 days payment from the date of bill raised for Aadhar Enrollment Project valid for 3 years Work Order by ITES All Districts available for the State we have mention Kit contains one Printer only. To start up the work Center have to buy min. 100 vouchers @ 30/- which they have to drawl back from the customer.
