• I had studied & taught karate for over 10 years while living in the Bronx, New York and the similarities between yoga & the martial arts were incredible; from the breathing, balance, flexibility, meditation, focus, concentration, etc... everything but the ego! In 2009, I eventually became a RYT certified yoga teacher under Andrew Tanner. In fact, my graduation day ceremony was at the Grand Opening of my own yoga studio! It was one of the very first yoga studios in the Bronx. My classes include the philosophies & teachings of yoga with the discipline and power of the martial arts! I teach beginner, intermediate & advanced level classes. I’ve recently completed my training with Sri Dharma Mittra. It's a Vinyasa style training & Certification but I also bring in 3 guest teachers with experience Dharma Yoga, Ashtanga and Jivamukti. My lineage is with Sri Dharma Mittra I’ve taught International Fitness in Northridge, Shahr in WeHo, the Yoga Garden in WeHo, Lululemon in WeHo & in Beverly Hills, the Kabbalah Center in Beverly Hills and at LA Mission College in Sylmar, CA. I’m currently teaching Crunch Fitness in Northridge, Simi Valley & Chatsworth. And I'm now leading 200 & teacher in L.A., N.Y. & Ft. Lauderdale.
